Terms

Motel Rooms Minimum deposit of one day's rate required to secure reservation; amount is credited to last day of reservation. 10 days advance notice required for refund. 2-night minimum stay is required in season. 3-night minimum stay is required during holiday weekends, and rates are slightly higher. Up to two children (age 16 and under) may stay free with an adult guest. Senior citizen discount available during Spring and Fall, excluding holidays, when staying two or more nights. Check-in time 2:00 p.m.  Check-out time 11:00 a.m. Cottages One-third week's deposit (by check) for each week required to secure reservation, plus a $75 cleaning/security deposit (refundable by mail only). 30 days advance notice required for refund. Check-in time 2:00 p.m.  Check-out time 10:00 a.m. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. However, cottage deposit must be paid with a check. Room tax is 9.7% Sorry, No Pets.
